Guidelines for Submission:
You can submit more than one abstract, but only one prize will be awarded. The Asian Journal of Gerontology and Geriatrics (AJGG, https://ajgg.org/) will publish the abstracts as a compliment. Authors can retain their rights to submit the manuscript to other journals.

Deadline of submission: 3 May 2024 (Friday)
An abstract should include:
task_alt Title: a precise and concise title that indicates the nature of the study
task_alt Authors: initials and surname
task_alt Presenting author: initials and surname
task_alt Name of institution
task_alt Up to ONE table/figure/graph if applicable
task_alt Limited to 500 words (excluding table/figure/graph)
Contents should include the following headings:
task_alt Background
task_alt Objective
task_alt Method
task_alt Results
task_alt Conclusion
Remarks:
Any amendment after submission is NOT allowed.
Assessment and Oral Presentation:
- After the submission deadline, all abstracts will be assessed by the ASM Scientific Panel. Outstanding works will be chosen for oral presentation to be held on-site at HKGS ASM 2024 in front of the Scientific Panel, in order to win the illustrious prizes.
- All presenting authors (local and overseas) are required to attend on-site for the live oral presentation. No alternative arrangement (e.g. online presentation) will be arranged. Candidates who do not attend the live presentation will automatically deem withdrawal from the prize-winning contest.
- Details of oral presentation and its assessment will be notified by e-mail to the presenting authors of each outstanding work at least one month before the event day.
